Personal resilience is the capacity to maintain well being and work performance under pressure, including being able to bounce-back from setbacks effectively. Emotional Intelligence is the ability to recognise our own feelings and those of others, for motivating ourselves and for managing our emotions and in our relationships.

Understanding the root causes of our emotions and how to use them can help us effectively identify who we are and how we interact with others.
